1. DEFINITIONS

The words or phrases below shall have the meanings set forth below throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Bonus" means a payment made by Us to You as an inducement to make bets with Us.

The laws of the Comoros Islands (Anjouan), where the operator's license is issued, shall govern these Terms and Conditions. You agree that any disputes or claims related to Your account or participation in Our services will be submitted exclusively to an arbitration board established by Us, according to its rules.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GRIEVANCE HANDLING

If a dispute arises regarding the interpretation of our terms or your losses during gaming activities, You must notify us within a reasonable timeframe from discovering the issue and allow Us the necessary time to investigate such claims.

By entering into this Agreement with us, you agree that in any disputes between Yourself (the "Claimant") and Us ("The Operator"), we have final determination on how issues are resolved.
